Optimal Storage: Store in the freezer for up to three months, or in the fridge for up to one week
Cooking instructions: Preheat pan over medium-high heat, add a small amount of cooking oil and caramelize tocino. You may cover to avoid splattering. Cook until tocino is lightly caramelized and cooked through.
How to enjoy: Perfect for breakfast, or breakfast for dinner! Add garlic rice and a fried egg and you're set.
