Why Mister Delicious Applewood Smoked Bacon is the best bacon in Manila: We dry cured for one week, then slow smoked with imported applewood the old-fashioned way. No shortcuts.
Optimal storage: Store in the freezer for up to three months, or in the fridge for up to one week
Cooking instructions: Place flat in a dry frying pan over medium heat. Turn pieces periodically until brown and crispy. -OR- Place flat on a sheet pan and bake in a 400f/200c oven until browned (appr. 12-15 minutes)
How to enjoy: Our bacon makes the ultimate breakfast with eggs and potatoes or garlic rice. Make incredible BLTs and pasta carbonara.
***Please note: We have stopped producing both thick and thinly sliced bacon. We are now using just one 4 mm slice which is in between the two.***
