Charred Pineapple Glazed Smoked Ham - Bone-in (3.8 kg)

Our premium holiday masterpiece. Lightly glazed and slow-smoked the old-fashioned way, this will stand tall on the table and makes for an impressive centerpiece.

Optimal storage: Store in the freezer for up to one month, or in the fridge for up to one week

Heating instructions:

1. Thaw product in the refrigerator
2. Preheat oven to 350f (175c).
3. Remove ham from wrapping.
4. Cover with aluminum foil.
5. Place in lower rack of oven, with at least 6 inches of clearance from top of oven. 6. Product is fully cooked, so heat until reaching an internal temperature of 160f (71c), or about 45-60 minutes.


For the glaze:

Glaze may be heated and served on the side, or may be drizzled over heated ham, then broiled at high heat until brown, or approximately 5-10 minutes.

How to enjoy: Carve carefully against the bone and serve with your favorite holiday or special occasion fare. Leftovers are great for sandwiches, or caramelized with sugar and served with egg and rice. Throw the bone and any of your trim into a pot with some beans for amazing fabada.
