Charred Pineapple Glazed Smoked Ham - Boneless (1 kg)

Lightly glazed and slow-smoked the old-fashioned way, it’s an amazingly convenient centerpiece to your Sunday lunch or holiday meal.

Optimal storage: Store in the freezer for up to one month, or in the fridge for up to one week

Heating instructions:

1. Thaw product in the refrigerator
2. Preheat oven to 350f (175c).
3. Remove ham from wrapping.
4. Product is fully cooked, so heat until reaching an internal temperature of 160f (71c), or about 25-30 minutes.


For the glaze:

Glaze may be heated and served on the side, or may be drizzled over heated ham, then broiled at high heat until brown, or approximately 5 minutes.

How to enjoy: Carve easily and serve with your favorite Sunday lunch or holiday fare. Leftovers are great for sandwiches, or caramelized with sugar and served with egg and rice.
