Our founder's personal favorite, the Wagyu Pastrami is a labor of love. Mildly spicy, smoky and savory. Cooked sous vide (in vacuum seal bags) for perfect texture and moisture.
Optimal storage: Store in the freezer for up to three months, or in the fridge for up to one week
Heating Instructions: Enjoy cold, or gently heat with steam in a covered pan with appr. 30 ml water, just until hot. Microwave heating is not recommended.
How to enjoy: Pile this high on your sandwich, throw on some cheese if you like, or just some spicy mustard if you’re a purist. Goes great with our Naturally Fermented Sauerkraut.
