Instructions for a 2 step breading process:
1. Bake a batter: for every 1 cup of breading add 3/4 water. Dip your protein or vegetable in the batter.
2. Dredge battered item in the dry herbed breading to get a nice thick coating. Make sure all battered parts are coated with dry breading. Shake off excess and fry.
